Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any opened, used, or delivered items.
No Refunds or Returns
For hygiene, safety, health, and quality-control reasons, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and dispatched.
This policy applies to all wellness, supplement, peptide-related, and consumable products sold by The Vital Theory.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter and, where applicable, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
